OUR PROMISE
Life happens and we want to make sure you are happy and safe while traveling. We promise to cover any faulty material or workmanship on NEW Meeko electric scooters
In order to comply with any warranty request, you must comply with the following provisions:
- An original copy of this limited warranty statement (receipt)
- Scooters and non-electric parts are eligible for coverages within 24 months of first retail purchase, excluding consumable parts
- Battery AND ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS are eligible for coverages within 6 months of first retail purchase
- Defects must be the result of normal installation, use, service and maintenance
We only offer our warranty to units purchased from authorized retailers or resellers and to the original purchaser (non-transferable).

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE MEEKO WARRANTY
Although we want you to have the best experience with your Meeko electric scooter, our warranty does not cover vehicles subject to:
- Commercial use, accident, abuse, neglect, shock, heat or moisture beyond product specifications, improper installation, operation, maintenance or modification
- Any improper use of the vehicle in extreme conditions (for example, in the desert or on very rough terrain, submerged in water)
- Malfunctions caused by other equipment
This limited warranty is void if the product is returned with labels removed, damaged, or tampered with as a result of tampering. This includes the unauthorized removal of any component or external cover.
At no time will we cover warranty shipping costs.
